We are two psychologists who found something real in expressive arts, and wanted to create a space where others could feel that too. We host group sessions where people come together to explore different art forms — using art to express what words don't always hold — and to connect with themselves and each other, without any pressure to get it "right."
There's no performance here, no need to have it all figured out before you walk in. Just a space that is held with care, where you can show up as you are, be received as you are, and let whatever wants to come through, come through.
